Frequently asked questions
Can I view a piano before purchasing?
Yes. Viewings are by appointment at our Silverton workshop so a technician can be there to play it with you and answer questions.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We move pianos ourselves rather than using a general courier, and delivery is included on most instruments within Gauteng.
Is the first tuning included?
Yes. A piano needs a few weeks to settle in its new room, so the first tuning is done after delivery and is included.
Do you offer rent-to-own?
On selected instruments. A portion of what you pay in rental goes towards the purchase price if you decide to buy.
Can I rent a piano instead of buying?
Yes, short and long-term hire is available, with delivery, setup and tuning included.
Can you store my piano before delivery?
Yes. We have climate-considered storage if your home or venue is not ready yet.
How do I reserve a piano?
Contact us and we will hold the instrument for you. Reserved pianos are marked as such in the showroom.
Are pre-owned pianos inspected before sale?
Every pre-owned piano is stripped, assessed and prepared in our workshop before it is listed.
