As always, he was an absolute star and kindly explained that he was only able to correct the pitch yesterday and has to return in 2 weeks to do the actual tuning.
He is very sweet and gentle and patient and very, very thorough.
He also did not mind answering my questions and explaining the inner workings of a piano to me. Already the piano sounds much better and my ears are bleeding less.
